Shukokai is a karate science, developed in Japan from the last century.

Renowned for its study in body mechanics to generate power.

The karate style of Shukokai is superb for all levels of fitness, and for all ages from 5 years and above.

All our clubs have a very friendly, family atmosphere, where you will be schooled and taught with high calibre instruction, in the correct traditional way of learning Japanese karate at your own pace.

Regular examinations are held locally in Banbury.

Your grade(belt) will be endorsed and recognised through the highly respected Shukokai Karate Association governing body.

Confidence, self defence, physically and mentally stronger and improving overall fitness.

We have been taking beginners to black belts for the last 30 years.

Come and learn in a very friendly atmosphere.
